📖 Chapters & Cups – Book Café Brand Strategy
 

As part of my Brand Experience Design module, I created a full brand identity for Chapters & Cups, a café concept blending books, coffee, and community. The project addressed the gap in existing book cafés, which often focus more on dining than the reading experience.
 

My Approach:
 

  • Researched consumer needs for reader-focused cafés.

  • Defined mission, values, and promise around community, creativity, and inclusivity.

  • Designed a warm burgundy visual identity with a symbolic logo.

  • Created assets: social media, events, merchandise, and book-club campaigns.

  • Built marketing strategies with storytelling, influencer ties, and community events.
     

Outcome:

Chapters & Cups was positioned as a literary haven—a cozy, inclusive hub where visitors can Read. Relax. Repeat. while connecting over books and coffee.
